More and more members of the Kijiji Cha Upendo Children’s Project are turning to environmentally sustainable livelihood activities. From the Gardens in a Sack initiative wherein families can grow healthy greens in sacks on their roofs, to using recycled materials to make handicrafts for sale in tourist markets, they are joining a growing movement in Kibera!
